It at times, feels like it encompasses all of you. It manifests on levels you never imagine possible. I spent most of my time living in the grief, before I realised I the security it provided me, the validation. It took me years to acknowledge the effects this perspective had. It is not a &#8216;moment&#8217; feeling. It varies in intensity but it never leaves us. You have to grow with it. Grief is a part of me. As much it has taken, it has given.
